Looking for a dish that’s truly unique and truly Oregon? Look no further than our entreés featuring local Ling Cod. Ling cod is caught fresh off the coast of Oregon each summer. It may not be the most attractive fish, but it’s succulent. Our ling cod entrees are truly a beautiful taste experience. Next time you’re at the Waterfront Depot, order our Ling Cod Special served only on Wednesdays and Thursdays. We turn our Chef’s loose to create a unique special each week. An example of a recent special was Parmesan encrusted ling cod with red pepper and and cream sauce.
Surf ‘N Turf Done Right!
Everyone can enjoy this satisfying dish done just right. We flame grill Flat Iron Steak to your specs and serve it with either oysters or prawns. To round it out, we add mashed potato or rice with a side house salad. All the bases are covered with this Surf ‘N Turf that’s sure to please. Add a cup of soup as an appetizer and this meal is complete.

Chimichurri Beef and Sweet Potato Fries.
When we debuted our Chimichurri Beef and Sweet Potato Fries this spring, we the thought it would be a short run. It turns out, we were wrong. People love it so much we just can’t take it off the menu. Through October, you can stop in and enjoy our marinated flat-iron steak lightly grilled with corn and black beans. We top it with fresh, perfectly made Sweet Potato Fries and sauce it with Argentinian Chimichurri for a spicy finish.

Braised Lamb Shank
You’re in for a treat. The lamb is so tender you just need a fork. Prepared Osso Buco style in our slow cooker with mushrooms, vegetables, tomatoes and red wine, our lamb is served with Yukon mash potatoes and a side house salad. The Wine reduction sauce is intensely flavored and perfect for the potatoes.

The Seafood Platter
This classic platter is one of our favorites. Hand-dipped fish and chips, deep fried prawns, and a cup of our award winning clam chowder.
Generous portions of halibut, salmon, shrimp, clams and mussels served in our white wine creamy alfredo sauce tossed with pasta linguini.
With all modesty we believe our chowder is the best. It’s loaded with clams, potatoes and fresh parsley in an amazing creamy broth with hints of lobster. Served with bread for dipping. Totally satisfying.

What can we say that the picture doesn’t? Decadent desserts are ready for you at the Waterfront. We have Tres Leches Cake, Triple Chocolate Cake, Mexican Chocolate Cake, Marion Berry Cake and occasionally a delightful pie. These delights are locally made by our dessert baker Karen. Dessert doesn’t get better than this. Buy a slice to share, or if you’re feeling a little greedy, buy a second for a friend. We’re sure your sweet tooth will be satisfied.
