The fish itself is not the most attractive, but its flesh is succulent, making all dishes in which it’s served that much better. Next time you’re at the Waterfront Depot, order our Ling Cod Special served only on Wednesdays and Thursdays. We let our Chef’s loose to create a unique special each week. An example of a recent special was Parmesan encrusted ling cod with red pepper and and cream sauce.

Enjoy our own alder smoked trout and Oregon Lox salmon on this small plate appetizer. It’s a perfect size to share. We add the savory flavors of capers, cream cheese and pickled onions to help cleanse your pallet between bites.

When we debuted our Chimichurri Beef and Sweet Potato Fries this spring, we the thought it would be a short run. It turns out, we were wrong. People love it so much we just can’t take it off the menu. Through summer, you can stop in and enjoy our marinated flat-iron steak lightly grilled with corn and black beans. We top it with fresh, perfectly made Sweet Potato Fries and sauce it with Argentinian Chimichurri for a spicy finish.
